Hyundai i30

Overview
Victoria is the second highest state for vehicle theft volume. Melbourne's western suburbs (Brimbank, Wyndham) and northern suburbs (Hume, Whittlesea) are consistent hotspots. The Hyundai i30 overtook the Toyota HiLux as the most stolen vehicle in the state, partly due to older models lacking engine immobilisers. Victoria Police has invested in ANPR technology across major roads.
